Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on malarkey.shop. We aim to be transparent about delivery times and costs.
Delivery Area
We ship exclusively to all 50 United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, or international addresses. Orders from outside the USA will be cancelled.
Shipping Methods & Carrier
We offer only Standard Shipping for all orders. We do not offer expedited, express, or overnight shipping options. Shipments are handled by trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on package size and destination. The carrier is selected by us.
Shipping Cost (Free Shipping)
Free Standard Shipping on all orders. There are no surcharges, fuel fees, or handling fees. Free shipping applies to the base delivery only; it does not include in-home installation, assembly, unpacking, or white-glove services.
Order Cut-off Time & Processing
- Daily cut-off: 5:00 PM Pacific Time (UTC-8 / America/Los_Angeles).
- Processing time: 0–1 business day. Orders placed after cut-off or on weekends/holidays begin processing the next business day.
- Estimated transit time: Typically 3–5 business days after processing (only an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date).
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or weather.
Important Clarifications
- No optional fees: There are no optional shipping fees. All costs are included in the free shipping offer.
- Free shipping ≠ free installation: We do not provide installation, assembly, or unpacking services. The carrier will leave the package at your door or mailbox.
- Global time reference: All cut-off times are based on Pacific Time (Los Angeles).
Transport Damage
If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 72 hours of delivery (see Refund Policy). Please inspect your package upon arrival.
